Shadow Work Spiritual Life Coaching: An End to Criticizing, Condemning, and Complaining

One of my favorite quotes from motivational author Dale Carnegie is, “Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain, and most fools do.” Criticism and complaining are also forms of judgment and in this path, the egoic-minded person manages to feel a small bigger about him or herself through the act of incessantly deriding others. In this aspect of the shadow, it is able to substantiate that it has a more favorable position or “place in the earth” than the individual with whom it is criticizing.
